Weakness:not really any solution only suggestions, used a lot of confusing information
Strength: Uses good statistics, Shows how this is a problem

Weakness: Did not make it seem like a big problem, talked about why people don't think its a problem
Strength: Good use of sources, used a lot of stats 

Practical proposal-2

Weakness: didn't seem like a paper more of an outline, the sentence meal plans discriminate against women is very opinionated. makes your target audience only women.
Strength: Sectioned off problem/solution well, good solution
