Speech #2

This assignment asks us to come up with a problem to solve, and use rhetorical devices to create an argument to persuade the class to want to solve the problem.  This speech has to be around 5-8 minutes.  We also need to come up with a solution, the proposal needs to be fair and precise.  To help your presentation we need to make sure to use a power point or prezi for visual aid. The speech should make students want to help solve this problem.
